200 Mizuna Cabbage Seeds
Description
Mizuna cabbage is a Chinese mustard that has recently made its way into our gardens and plates, offering a delicious winter salad. Here is what you need to know about these seeds:
Description:
- Mizuna is an undemanding plant, thriving in cool, well-drained soils. It can be grown in any type of garden soil.
- Hardy, it can withstand temperatures as low as -12°C, but it is sensitive to heat, which can cause premature seed bolting.
- It is recommended to sow Mizuna in late summer (late August) for a winter harvest. The harvest can be done about 6 weeks after sowing.
Planting Tips:
- Sow the seeds directly in place from May, or prefer late summer cultivation for a better winter harvest.
- Make sure the soil stays cool but well-drained.
- Thin out the plants to give them enough space to grow.
Commitment to Quality: At SemiSauvage - Permaculture, we are committed to providing seeds of the highest quality. Our seeds are reproducible, non-hybrid, and acclimated. They are carefully selected, sorted, stored, and packaged without any chemical treatment, for the greatest pleasure of gardeners.
