SemiSauvage Permaculture offers horticultural seeds and other permaculture-related products for sale online. The Customer places an order online and pays for the products using the payment solutions offered. SemiSauvage confirms the order by email and dispatches the products as soon as possible.
F. Products
Only products presented on the website with a descriptive product page may be ordered. The products are intended for private and family use. Legislation concerning certain products may vary between countries.
G. Orders
1. The Customer is responsible for the information provided when placing the order. SemiSauvage cannot be held liable for errors in the delivery details supplied.
2. The order is confirmed by email.
3. SemiSauvage reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a payment problem or a previous dispute.
4. Products in stock are dispatched promptly. If a product is unavailable, SemiSauvage informs the Customer of the delivery time. The Customer may then amend or cancel the order.
