Return policy

Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable legislation, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide any justification. The products must be returned in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging.

Return Procedures
The Customer must return the products within 14 days of receipt to the following address:
SemiSauvage Permaculture, 17 rue Lecoq, 63000 Clermont-Ferrand, France.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

Refund Conditions
SemiSauvage undertakes to refund the amounts paid within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned products. The refund will be issued using the payment method used for the order.

Exclusions
Opened products will not be accepted for return, except in cases of non-conformity or a latent defect. Personalized or perishable products are not eligible for the right of withdrawal.
