Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the Customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide any justification. The products must be returned in their original, unused condition, in their original packaging.

Return Procedures
The Customer must return the products within 14 days from the date of receipt to the following address:
SemiSauvage Permaculture, 17 rue Lecoq, 63000 Clermont-Ferrand, France.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

Refund Conditions
SemiSauvage commits to refund the amounts paid within 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned products. The refund will be made using the payment method used at the time of the order.

Exclusions
Opened products will not be accepted for return, except in cases of non-compliance or hidden defects. Customized or perishable products are not eligible for the right of withdrawal.
