I. Claims
Claims must be made promptly and in detail. SemiSauvage will respond within 14 days. If a claim is justified, compensation may not exceed the value of the product concerned.
J. Withdrawal
The Customer has 14 days to notify SemiSauvage of their decision to withdraw, without giving any reason. This period begins on the day after the products are received by the Customer or by a third party designated by the Customer, other than the carrier. For the same order involving several goods delivered separately, or one good delivered in several lots or pieces, it begins on the day after the last good, lot or piece is received. If the last day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the next working day. The Customer must notify their decision before the end of the period, using the standard withdrawal form or another statement clearly expressing their wish to withdraw. Unless SemiSauvage offers to collect the products, the Customer must return them without undue delay and no later than 14 days after communicating their decision to withdraw, to the following address: SemiSauvage, 17 rue Lecoq, 63000 Clermont-Ferrand, France. A reduction in value may be charged to the Customer only if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to examine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, and if the Customer was informed of their right of withdrawal. The Customer is responsible only for the direct costs of returning the goods, unless SemiSauvage agrees to bear them or failed to inform the Customer that they were responsible for them. SemiSauvage will reimburse all sums paid, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of the withdrawal. If the Customer expressly chose a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery offered, the additional amount will not be reimbursed. Unless SemiSauvage offers to collect the products, reimbursement may be deferred until the products have been received or until proof that they have been dispatched is provided, whichever occurs first. The original payment method will be used, unless the Customer expressly agrees to another method that entails no cost for them.
