2. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (CGV) govern sales of products offered on the website www.semisauvage.com.

Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

---

3. Products

The products offered for sale are primarily seeds that can be saved and resown (vegetable, flower, aromatic, ornamental and other seeds).

Photographs and descriptions are provided for guidance only and are not contractually binding.

---

4. Prices

Prices are stated in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC).

SemiSauvage Permaculture reserves the right to change its prices at any time, while guaranteeing that the price in effect when the order is placed will apply.

---

5. Orders

The order is confirmed once payment has been accepted.

A confirmation email is automatically sent to the customer.

SemiSauvage Permaculture reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a dispute or non-payment.

---

6. Payment

Payment is due immediately when the order is placed.

The available payment methods are offered during the ordering process and are secure.

---

7. Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. For France, the delivery time is approximately 3 working days after dispatch. For international deliveries, delivery times vary depending on the destination country.

Delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

SemiSauvage Permaculture is liable by operation of law to the Customer for the proper performance of the obligations arising from the distance contract, including when it uses a carrier, without prejudice to its right of recourse against that carrier.

Products are dispatched to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.

---

8. Right of withdrawal

The Customer has 14 days to notify SemiSauvage of their decision to withdraw, without giving any reason. This period begins on the day after the products are received by the Customer or by a third party designated by the Customer, other than the carrier. For the same order involving several goods delivered separately, or one good delivered in several lots or pieces, it begins on the day after the last good, lot or piece is received. If the last day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the next working day. The Customer must notify their decision before the end of the period, using the standard withdrawal form or another statement clearly expressing their wish to withdraw.

Unless SemiSauvage offers to collect the products, the Customer must return them without undue delay and no later than 14 days after communicating their decision to withdraw, to the following address: SemiSauvage Permaculture, 17 rue Lecoq, 63000 Clermont-Ferrand, France. A reduction in value may be charged to the Customer only if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to examine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, and if the Customer was informed of their right of withdrawal.

The Customer is responsible only for the direct costs of returning the goods, unless SemiSauvage agrees to bear them or failed to inform the Customer that they were responsible for them. SemiSauvage will reimburse all sums paid, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of the withdrawal. If the Customer expressly chose a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery offered, the additional amount will not be reimbursed. Unless SemiSauvage offers to collect the products, reimbursement may be deferred until the products have been received or until proof that they have been dispatched is provided, whichever occurs first. The original payment method will be used, unless the Customer expressly agrees to another method that entails no cost for them.

---

9. Warranties

Products are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects.

Given the nature of the products (seeds), SemiSauvage Permaculture cannot guarantee an identical germination rate under all growing conditions.

Growing conditions strongly influence the results (temperature, humidity, soil quality, exposure, etc.).

---

10. Liability

SemiSauvage Permaculture cannot be held liable for misuse of the products.

Liability cannot arise in the event of force majeure.

---

11. Personal data

The information collected is necessary for processing orders.

The customer has the right to access, amend and delete their data.
