Shipping policy

1. Products are dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, after the order has been confirmed. For France, the delivery time is approximately 3 working days after dispatch. For international deliveries, delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Deliveries are made by La Poste.

2. The Customer is responsible for taxes, duties, levies and other charges associated with delivery of the products ordered.

3. Upon receipt, the Customer must check the condition of the products. In the event of a problem, the Customer must immediately notify the carrier and SemiSauvage.

4. If the Customer is absent at the time of delivery, the Customer will bear the cost of redelivery.
