Conical Morel Mycelium - Mushroom growing kit
Description
Description :
This sterilized tube contains Conical Morel mycelium, ready to be diluted in sugar water and spread on a substrate to start your culture. The Conical Morel, or Morchella Conica, is a mushroom sought after for its unique flavor and delicate texture.
Growing Instructions:
-
Preparing the sugar water mixture:
- Use bottled mineral water to reduce the presence of chlorine.
- Add preservative-free apple or lemon syrup (about 10% of the volume of water).
- Mix the mycelium contained in the tube at a rate of 10 ml per liter of sugar water mixture.
-
Mycelium development:
- Leave the mixture away from light in a room at 20°C minimum for at least 4 to 5 days to allow the mycelium to develop.
-
Soil inoculation:
- Dig a hole about twenty centimeters in your garden or in the forest, ideally near brush and fruit trees.
- Cover the hole with compost (leaves, wood, straw, coarsely decomposed) or humus.
- Keep the substrate sufficiently moist for a few days.
-
Growth Conditions:
- The Conical Morel prefers cool soil with moderate exposure to sunlight.
- Conduct tests in different locations to determine optimal conditions.
