Growing instructions

1. Preparing the sugar water mixture :

   • Use bottled mineral water to minimize the presence of chlorine.
   • Add an apple- or lemon-based syrup without preservatives (10% of the water volume).
   • Shake the mycelium tube well, then mix it at a rate of 10 ml per liter of sugar water.

2. Mycelium development :

   • Place the mixture in a dark room at a stable temperature of at least 20°C.
   • Let the mycelium develop for 4 to 5 days. The mixture will become cloudy and begin to show filaments.

3. Substrate inoculation :

   • Mix the mycelium with a previously moistened substrate.
   • Keep the substrate in a temperature-controlled room (14-20°C), away from light.
   • Maintain constant humidity to encourage mushroom development.

4. Growth cycle :

   • The first mushrooms will appear approximately 3 to 4 weeks after inoculation.
   • Harvest the mushrooms at the right stage and according to their development, approximately 10 days after they appear.
   • With good conditions, you can obtain up to 4 successive harvests of mushrooms.
