Growing Instructions

Preparation of the sugar water mixture :
- Use bottled mineral water to minimize the presence of chlorine.
- Add a preservative-free apple or lemon syrup (10% of the water volume).
- Shake the tube of mycelium well, then mix it at a rate of 10 ml per liter of sugar water.

Mycelium development :
- Place the mixture in a dark room at a stable temperature of at least 20°C.
- Allow the mycelium to grow for 4 to 5 days. The mixture will become cloudy and begin to show filaments.

Substrate inoculation :
- Mix the mycelium with a previously moistened substrate.
- Keep the substrate in a temperature-controlled room (14-20°C), away from light.
- Ensure constant humidity to encourage fungal growth.

Growth cycle :
- The first mushrooms will appear approximately 3 to 4 weeks after inoculation.
- Harvest mushrooms as they develop, about 10 days after they appear.
- With good conditions, you can get up to 4 successive harvests of mushrooms.
