This kit contains a tube of liquid black mushroom mycelium (Auricularia nigricans), produced under sterile conditions for optimal quality. The mycelium is ready to be diluted in a sugar-water solution to start your cultivation.

Ideal for natural substrates such as:

• Pasteurized straw
• Coffee grounds
• Untreated wood chips
• Hardwood sawdust (oak, beech)
• Structured compost
• Hardwood logs or dead branches

Cultivation Instructions

1. Preparing the sugar-water mixture :

   • Use mineral water to avoid contaminants such as chlorine.
   • Add a glucose/fructose-based syrup without preservatives (15 ml of syrup for 15 ml of mycelium).

2. Mycelium incorporation :

   • Shake the tube well to homogenize the contents, then mix it with your sugar-water solution.

3. Incubation :

   • Leave the solution in a dark place at a stable temperature (minimum 20°C).
   • After 10 days, the mixture becomes cloudy and small filaments should appear, indicating mycelium development.

4. Substrate inoculation :

   • For indoor cultivation: Mix the mycelium with a moistened substrate and place it in well-ventilated bags or containers.
   • For outdoor cultivation: Insert the mycelium into holes drilled in logs or incorporate it into straw bales. Keep it moist and place it in a shaded environment.
