Cultivation Instructions

Preparation of the sugar water mixture :
- Use mineral water to avoid contaminants like chlorine.
- Add a syrup made from glucose/fructose without preservatives (15 ml syrup for 15 ml mycelium).
-
Mycelium incorporation :
- Shake the tube well to homogenize the contents, then mix with your sugar water solution.
-
Incubation :
- Leave the solution in a dark place at a stable temperature (minimum 20°C).
- After 10 days, the mixture becomes cloudy and small filaments should appear, indicating mycelium development.
-
Substrate inoculation :
- For indoor cultivation: Mix the mycelium with a moistened substrate and place it in well-ventilated bags or containers.
- For outdoor cultivation: Insert the mycelium into holes drilled in logs or incorporate it into straw bales. Maintain moisture and place in a shaded environment.
