Atelier Terms of Use

SemiSauvage Atelier Courrier is a workspace reserved for authorized SemiSauvage users. Access to messages and folders requires authentication and permissions appropriate to the functions performed.

Account connections

Only expressly authorized mailboxes are connected. The account holder retains the ability to revoke Google access. Gmail collection for the mail section remains read-only. A separate module may, for only two business mailboxes and with separate consent, be granted permission to move to the trash only new-order notifications that meet the retention rule described on the privacy page. Publishing these pages does not make the messages or private interface accessible to the public.

Use of information

The information collected retains its provenance. A classification, assignment, or confirmation received by email alone does not prove that an order has been canceled, refunded, shipped, or delivered. Ambiguous situations and business decisions require appropriate checks. AI assistance features may make mistakes, and their suggestions must be reviewed according to their use.

Access protection

Users must protect their access credentials and report anomalies to semisauvage@gmail.com. Do not send a password by email.
