100 Wild Strawberry Seeds
Description
Wild strawberries often evoke nostalgic memories of walks in the undergrowth and their deliciously fragrant flavors. Find out how to grow these little wonders in your own garden:
Description :
- The wild strawberry acclimatizes well in a partially shaded corner of your garden. It prefers cool climates with severe winters and can withstand temperatures as low as -15 to -20°C. However, it is sensitive to late frosts because it restarts its vegetation early in spring.
- For optimal development, plant wild strawberries in soil rich in humus, slightly acidic or neutral, and well drained. Clay embankments, but steep (which do not retain water), are also suitable. Avoid limestone or overly humid soils.
- These strawberries can be planted as a border or ground cover in your garden, or in containers on a terrace, balcony or even a windowsill.
Cultivation Tips:
- Sow wild strawberry seeds in spring.
- Be sure to keep the soil moist but well-drained.
- Wild strawberries can be harvested when the fruits are ripe and ready to eat.
Commitment to Quality: At SemiSauvage - Permaculture, we are committed to providing seeds of the highest quality. Our seeds are reproducible, non-hybrid and acclimated. They are selected, sorted, stored and packaged with care, without any chemical treatment, for the greatest pleasure of gardeners.
Add these wild strawberry seeds to your garden to enjoy their delicious scent and unique flavor.
