This kit contains a tube of liquid black mushroom mycelium (Auricularia nigricans), produced under sterile conditions for optimal quality. The mycelium is ready to be diluted in a sugar water solution to start your cultivation.

Cultivation instructions

1. Preparation of the sugar water mixture :

   • Use mineral water to avoid contaminants like chlorine.
   • Add a syrup made from glucose/fructose without preservatives (15 ml syrup for 15 ml mycelium).

2. Mycelium incorporation :

   • Shake the tube well to homogenize the contents, then mix with your sugar water solution.

3. Incubation :

   • Keep the solution in a dark place at a stable temperature (minimum 20°C).
   • After 10 days, the mixture becomes cloudy and small filaments should appear, indicating mycelium development.

4. Substrate inoculation :

   • For indoor cultivation: Mix the mycelium with a moistened substrate and place it in well-ventilated bags or containers.
   • For outdoor cultivation: Insert the mycelium into holes drilled in logs or incorporate it into straw bales. Keep moist and place in a shaded environment.
