SemiSauvage Mail Atelier
SemiSauvage Atelier Courrier is a work tool reserved for authorized SemiSauvage users. It brings together messages from explicitly connected mailboxes to facilitate their review, organization, and the tracking of orders and after-sales service cases.
Connecting to Google
The account holder authorizes the reading of each Gmail mailbox from Google's consent screen. Mail collection retains read-only authorization: it cannot send, modify, or delete messages in Gmail. For two separately designated business mailboxes, a retention module may receive a second authorization to move simple new-order notifications to the trash after 60 days. The corresponding Google permission, gmail.modify, technically also allows messages to be drafted and sent; the retention module is limited by its program to moving verified notifications to the trash.
Message processing
Known notifications, including certain requests and cancellation confirmations, are identified and matched to cases by programmed rules. Some business communications may also be analyzed by the OpenAI AI assistance features configured in the Atelier. A received notification remains sourced information: on its own, it does not constitute an operation carried out on an order.
Other Atelier connections
The Atelier's Google project also hosts separate connections to Google Calendar, for tracking appointments and deliveries, and to Search Console, for viewing information about the authorized site. These features use their own consents; connecting Gmail does not automatically grant them permissions.
Access and information
The work interface requires authentication and appropriate permissions. This public page presents the application; it does not provide access to any mailbox or case file.
